You will receive your order in approximately 10-15 working days. If you have not received your order within the days specified please contact us. Please note that we post regular Australia Post - let us know if you'd like registered post.

We use regular Australia Post for our deliveries. Please let us know if you'd like registered or express. We will provide a shopping quote for all international orders. Please contact us.
Online Returns & Exchanges
If you need to exchange or return an item in original condition you have up to 7 days from receipt of your order. If you have any questions about returning an item simply email us at florence[at]frankieandswiss.com.au or telephone Monday to Friday 10.00am - 5.00pm (EST) on (03) 9826 4261.
As we are not liable for the loss of items being returned we ask that you return any items using registered mail in the box in which they were shipped. Please allow two weeks from the day you return your package for your account to be credited. Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges.
Lost or Damaged Goods
If goods are lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at florence[at]frankieandswiss.com.au within 7 working days of placing your order so we can investigate.

Standard delivery timeframes are between 10-15 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.
